Payment Terms and Conditions
Veriteq is pleased to extend terms of net 30 days to customers who have established an open account. To set up an account, please fill out our credit application form (197K Adobe Acrobat PDF file) and return it to Veriteq - or contact Veriteq and the form can be faxed to you. Payment by VISA, Mastercard, and American Express is accepted.
Shipping and Delivery
A shipping charge will be applied to each order on a "prepaid and add" basis. Shipments will be made via the quickest and most cost-effective way. In most cases, standard products will be shipped within 3 to 4 business days of receiving the order.
International (excluding US & Canada)Sales & Service
Payment Terms: Export orders are accepted on the basis of payment in advance of shipment by check, wire transfer, international money order or letter of credit.
OEM Accounts
Original Equipment Manufacturer's discounts are available to all qualified manufacturers. Contact Veriteq Instruments for more information on OEM board-only models and pricing.
Warranty
Veriteq warrants its data logger products to be free from defects in workmanship, materials and components for a period of two years from date of purchase. The warranty does not cover routine calibration or damage caused by customer error, negligence, or unauthorized modification. Veriteq Instruments, Inc. shall not be liable for any special, consequential, indirect or incidental damages resulting from failure or malfunction of its products. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veriteq disclaims all other warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Product Returns
In the event of a claim under this warranty, the product or part must be returned to the factory for repair or replacement (shipping pre-paid) with a RMA number. An RMA number may be obtained by phoning Veriteq. Any material returned must have a RMA to be considered for credit. Returned material must be shipped pre-paid. Material returned for credit is subject to a minimum 10% restocking charge or $25.00, whichever is greater. Freight or other costs incurred in restocking will be added.
