This page is designed to walk you through the process of setting up your viewLinc system. Please complete the steps in the order they are shown.

Download the Quickstart Guide
|
|
If you are using standard (SP series) loggers, please download the Standard Quickstart Guide
|
|
If you are using validatable (VL series) loggers please download the Validatable Quickstart Guide
|
|
|

Download the software for your Digi device
|
|
This software has been approved for the following Digi models:
|
|
- Digi One RealPort
- Digi One SP
- Digi PortServer TS 1, 2, 4, 8, or 16
|
|
and the following Operating Systems:
|
|
- Microsoft Windows 2000
- Microsoft Windows XP
- Microsoft Windows Server 2003
|
|

Connect the Digi Device
|

Perform Step 1 in the Quickstart Guide
|

Configure the Digi Device
|
|
Perform Steps 2 and 3 in the Quickstart Guide
These steps must be repeated for each Digi device you have

Note: If you do not have a Digi CD, extract the Digi software downloaded above and run the program called "DeviceSetupWizard.exe"
|

Install the Digi Driver
|

Perform Steps 4 and 5 in the Quickstart Guide
|
|
Note: If you do not have a Digi CD, extract the Digi software downloaded above and run the program called "setup.exe" in the Digi Driver folder

Set RealPort Configuration on Digi Device
|
|
This step has already been completed if you purchased your Digi Device from Veriteq Instruments. If you did not purchase through Veriteq, or if you performed a factory reset on your Digi Device, please download and complete the RealPort Configuration Guide.

Install Veriteq Software
