Palm OS^® Universal IR Interface Module for Veriteq Data Loggers

The Veriteq IR Interface Module is a convenient and flexible tool for interfacing Palm handheld devices with Veriteq Spectrum data loggers. Compatible with Veriteq sGo Software for Palm OS, the module uses infrared technology that eliminates the need for a cable connection and allows "one-touch" wireless communications with most Palm OS handheld devices.

Compact and battery-operated, the IR Interface Module easily attaches to the back of any Veriteq Spectrum data logger. Wall-mountable , the module streamlines data logger setup, real-time queries, and data transfer functions.

Ideally suited for users who frequently download or check their data loggers while in use, the IR Interface Module is perfect for "walk-around" monitoring of process conditions, lab environments, computer and equipment rooms, and storage facilities.

The IR Interface Module consists of an infrared transceiver connected by a short cable to a Veriteq data logger. Loggers simply snap-fit to the module, allowing them to be easily removed, interchanged with other models, and reattached as required. To operate the IR Interface Module and data logger, users simply point a Palm device at the Module transceiver window (range is 1m or 3 ft.) to setup, obtain real-time readings, and download data.
