The EPT-010-TDB Temperature Probe and Thermal Dampening Block is designed to provide accurate and stable temperature measurements ideal for refrigerator and freezer temperature monitoring applications.
The probe is equipped with a precision thermistor temperature sensor embedded in an aluminum cylindrical block. The mass of the block serves to provide a thermal dampening effect that helps to shield the system from nuisance temperature alarms caused by short temperature fluctuations (such as periodic door openings and closings).
The 10K ohm R25 thermistor temperature sensor provides the highest possible temperature resolution over typical refrigerator and freezer temperatures.
The EPT-010-TDB is compatible with the Veriteq SP-1000-21X Refrigerator & Freezer Temperature Data Logger , a variation of the standard Veriteq SP-1000 Temperature Data Logger.
